5-Cheese Dip

3pkg. blue cheese 8 oz. med. Cheddar cheese (shredded)
1 lb. creamed cottage cheese minced onion, to taste
1 pt. sour cream 2 to 3 cloves garlic, crushed
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese garlic powder, to taste
Mix all ingredients until smooth. A food processor works well for this. It is best to let the flavors blend at least overnight. Keeps well in refrigerator for a long time.
