Dr. Rabalais serves as both the adult therapist and Executive Director of Lee´s Place. Her responsibilities include providing and overseeing clinical services as well as supervising the daily operations of Lee´s Place.

Karen Lockard, LCSW, Children´s Counselor

Ms. Lockard assists in the development of the clinical program and administrative matters. As the children´s counselor, she is key in planning, scheduling, and heading the children´s programming as well as educational outreach programs.

Debbie Wiles, LCSW, Counselor

Ms. Wiles assists in the development of the clinical program and administrative matters. As a counselor, she sees children, adolescents and adults and is key in planning, scheduling, and facilitating programming as well as educational outreach.

Melinda Piller, MPA, Developmental Director

Melinda Piller is an experienced professional working in both the political and legislative arenas for over 22 years. Her experience and expertise includes legislative and governmental relations, association and nonprofit management, political and communication strategies, campaign management, fund development, strategic planning and innovative program development.

Deneen Wilson, AA, Business Administration, Office Manager

Ms. Wilson manages the coordination of all client and administrative office activities. She is also responsible for company payroll and accounting.
